PERSONAL WEBSITE VIDEO AUDITS

“Oh.
That’s our
website.”

That’s your way in.

Show up with something worth saying. Turn a useful website observation into a personal video introduction — with your expertise at the heart of it.

For agencies and specialists who know a website can work harder.

  4. 04A conversation

01 / SOMETHING TO SAY

A first hello.
With a point.

You’ve got the expertise. Put it in the introduction. Show someone a real part of their website, explain what you noticed, and start a conversation they can understand.

TO: THE PERSON BEHIND THE WEBSITE

Make the next click clear.

I took a look at your website on mobile. Your work looks considered. I’d explore making the enquiry link easier to find, so the next step feels just as clear.

A useful starting point: where would someone go when they are ready to enquire?

02 / A CLOSER LOOK

A little “that’s us”.
A proper reason to talk.

FORM & FIELDPERSONAL VIDEO INTRODUCTION
01 / 03

“I took a look at your website on mobile…”

Their business, right there.

The walkthrough starts on the website they recognise. Your introduction has a clear, personal context before you make your point.

03 / YOUR EXPERTISE. YOUR SAY.

Personal
doesn’t happen
by accident.

A useful observation needs a considered message. You review the script, refine the words and preview the finished video before sharing it.

  • Your judgment in the loop.
  • A clear view of every pipeline stage.
  • A private audit page with a next step.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
say hello.

Read the audit checklist
What am I actually sending?

A personal video showing the recipient’s website, a reviewed explanation of your observation, and a private page with the findings and a bookable next step. It starts with something specific you can help investigate.

Can I change the script before it becomes a video?

Yes. Review and edit the script in your workspace. Review the finished video too. Public invitations require the current script and video to be approved.

Will it tell me exactly what is wrong with every website?

It captures available page facts and a mobile walkthrough. An observed load time or missing tag is a starting point for your judgement, not a complete SEO diagnosis or a prediction of lost revenue.

What counts as a standard audit?

Plan allowances are for a standard presenter video of around 45 seconds, up to a maximum of 60 seconds, using the Avatar III engine. Different presenters, longer videos and extra generation capacity can have different costs. Your available allowance is shown in the workspace.

What does the prospect have to do?

Open their private invitation, watch or read the audit, and choose a time if they want a conversation. Playback tracking is optional and starts off. The page works without enabling analytics.

Are there any promises about leads or conversions?

No. A relevant introduction gives you something useful to discuss. Results depend on your service, your audience, the quality of the observation and how you follow up.

GO ON. MAKE IT PERSONAL.

Your next introduction could have a lot more to say.
